Game not working help

My game takes forever to load and when it finally loads it crashes. I play other game on pc windows 10 and only happens with this game

Don’t worry, resetting the app usually fixes most issues so try following these steps. ⬇️

• Click on the Windows icon down to the left on your PC.
• Choose ‘Settings’, the icon that looks like a cogwheel.
• Go to ‘Apps’, then to ‘Apps & Features’.
• Find the Candy Crush Friends game app & go to ‘Advanced options’.
• Click on ‘Reset’.

🔻 Still not working? A complete reinstall of the app is probably needed. ⬇️

• Go to ‘Settings’ & find the game under ‘Apps & features’.
• Click on the Uninstall button.
• Restart the computer.
• Download the game again from Microsoft Store.
  • 🔺 Please be aware that when you reset or reinstall the game all in-game items like Boosters & Lives will be lost. Your progress & Gold Bars can be restored by reconnecting the game to your Facebook or King account.

Please go to this link. he could help you. I noticed that the game was loading way too long, be it Window10 app or mobile device. I already passed it on. Maybe it should be passed on again!
