How to disable notifications from users on site?

How do you do this? There's one used who floods my notifications to the point where I put them on Ignore hoping to no longer get notifications from them but I still get notifications from them.

You can customize your notifications preferences in your profile settings, so you can only be notified if someone mentions you or writes in a discussion you bookmarked, for example.

Thanks will do. This person is annoying with the level of spam, especially in my inbox. I assumed pop-up meant the thing that shows on bottom left but now know it's where my pic is.

Thanks for clarifying, I understood you meant all the notifications you get after partecipating once in a discussion, 🤔

I believe the ignore list should prevent certain users from contacting you via private messages (sometimes called inbox here but you probably meant your emails inbox) in the forum but it doesn't stop notifications if these people mention you in a public discussion. If it's the latter case and if you have already tried and told them to stop spamming you to no avail then the last option is contacting a community manager to ask for assistance
