The extra features in the game are given to groups of randomly selected people, so you are not always guaranteed to get all features in your game, They are device specific so you can have features on one device and not another or vice a versa. All you can do is make sure you keep you devices and games up to date to ensure you are getting the features available to you

So i play win 10 app and iphone app and very rarely i will get the features on both devices. Sometimes you do and others you may get on 1 device. Sometimes you may not get an event on either device
