Hmm...maybe you should ask @Lola_Pop, the community manager for the CCFS forum. I think she might know why your account was banned. This has been going on with some of our friends here in the community, and I don't think they deserve this kind of treat.

I did not ban you personally, but let's investigate this further:

- How old are you? The Community is for members over 13, so if you're younger than that, you must be banned

- Did you have toxic behavior, bully anyone?Misuse multiple accounts? In this case, you should have received a warning first, and in case you didn't stop that behavior, you could have been banned

- Did you spam the forum, trying to promote anything illegal or selling anything? That could have also been the cause.

- Can you think or anything you could have done, that goes against our House Rules?

If it's a mistake, I'll be more than happy to "unban" your account 🤗
