Level 1

I Usually play candy crush Saga Friends on my phone, but sometimes I change into the laptop, but yesterday when I logged in the level was all wrong. Also it said that I have reached the last level (on the laptop) and that I have to wait for more. On the phone I have reached a much much higher level so thats not the problem.

I restarted both the game and later on the computer but with the same result. Whats wrong?

    ℹ️ Playing on multiple devices but your progress not being synchronized is likely caused by a synchronization issue.


    Here are two steps you can follow to fix this. ⬇️


    1. Confirm you have an active internet connection. You'll need an active internet connection on your devices to make sure that your progress is uploaded.
    2. Update your device.
    • Log out of your account via the Settings menu.
    • Close the app.
    • Turn your device off.
    • Wait for 10 seconds.
    • Switch your device back on again.
    • Reopen the app & log back into your account.


    ℹ️ If you're at the very last level in the game, please note that level might not yet be available on other platforms. This is important to keep in mind if you play on different platforms like Android, iOS or a desktop computer. Don't worry: when the newest levels are available for all platforms, you'll see them in your game.
