Bug on 2638 of CC w/ Friends

Just reporting a bug. There was no valid move to make, but the game didn’t rearrange the board, but kept flashing the same two orange candies as if it were a hint. I made a screen recording but this form won’t allow me to link to it.

Please check your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and log back in. See if this resolves the issue. Unfortunately do not think much can be done regards this unless it is a recurring issue. So please let us know if this happens again as it may need reporting but hopefully it was just a temporary glitch

Has the issue you were experiencing on Level 2638 resolved? ◽️ If the issue still remains, please comment below with your Player ID & also let us know what device you are using so I can pass it on to the team for further investigation?

◽️ Also, it would be of great help if you can add a screenshot of the board.

🔹 I'm currently in the low 2000s so I can't check my game to see if the bug is a recurring issue so I'm tagging fellow Friends Mod @gr33n3y3z, as well as two of our 'friends-tastic' players @MountainMom & @DGenevieve who I think are in the higher levels to see if they have any info on this.

I did not have any issues completing level 2638, but I understand the frustration of @pinkled5. I have experienced a similar "bug" where my only move is to exit the game. I agree with the advice from @Freddy_ because it will be difficult for the developers to replicate the bug.
