Here's my first attempt. Hope I've added it up correctly!

Candy colour: Orange

18 regular orange candies + 1 striped + 1 fish = 22

Striped candy and Swedish fish for topping, along with strawberry jelly.

Colour: Yellow

20 regular + 1 fish = 22

Wrapped green and blue candies + blue fish + striped red + blue candies

With chocolate and cookie as topping - and there has to be some vanilla ice cream too!
