I don’t get 4 bonus turns on level 1520 ?

Normally you get 5 lives and with each life you get a turn and for that turn you get 4 bonus turns. I’m up to level 1520 and it’s very random sometimes I get them but most of the time I don’t. I got really close to winning this level today but instead of getting 4 bonus turns I got none. Please help I’m almost feeling to just delete this game.

@Tahlia9 Hi and welcome,

Can you explain this a little more as i do not know of any bonus turns in Candy Crush Friends unless you fail a level multiple times and then you can continue a level with gold bars with the extra moves you have built up for failing a level.

So everytime you start you have 5 lives. If you lose you get 4 extra moves. Nothing to do with gold bars.

I am not getting the 4 extra moves. I’m on Level 1520 and have not finished this level yet.

Sorry I can’t screenshot it. When I lose I am NOT getting the 4 extra moves.

@Tahlia9 are you talking about watching ads? Sometimes it doesn’t show up. We can’t control that feature.
