I made a purchase on May 20 th for gold bars and 1 hr unlimited play. I submitted a ticket on5/21/21 and replied on 5/24/21 with the info requested. Now I get an email stating you are closing my ticket because of no response. But I did respond. I just submitted another ticket and would really like a resolution to this.

Are you saying you made a purchase and did not receive the gold bars & 1 hour of unlimited lives?

The community is separate from customer support and we can not help with purchase issues in the community.
As you have already submitted a ticket you should get another response but i would also reply back to the email you get saying it is being closed and explain in this you have replied with details as well. You should be covered both ways then
