Also I noticed in your one screenshot that the graphic glitches were on your game board do they go away when you're playing or are they stuck on the board making you unable to play the game?

I can play the game with the glitch. It just covers parts of the board to where I don't know what is there. It only happens on barriers (pretty much anything that isn't a moveable candy) though once that barrier is removed, the glitch goes away on that square.

The Game team is investigating this, but they cannot reproduce the error. Can you please tell us the brand and make of the computer you're using, and the OS version? Giving the team as much information as you can will help them find out what's going wrong.

I'm still getting the strange pink glitch and the game crashes all the time.

I have lost somany of my streak rewards as the game will crash after I start a new level.

It is really making the game hard to plat anymore. I don't know what to do

I'm sorry you've been suffering from this problem for so long. My technical knowledge is meager, but I once read somewhere that those pink boxes on the screen are a rendering problem. On the internet you can read about it. I think that it may be a failure in your graphics card. It may be the case that you fail in one game and not in others. Hope you can fix it soon.

Buy a new card?

This is the only game/program/etc. that I have this issue.

If it was my card, I would think it would affect more than one game
