1.Middle macaroni has no tongue
2.Middle macaroni has eyes closed

Very nice contest. Here are my answers in the spoiler.
1 - The cup of macaroni in Elsa’s hand has different color eyes.
2 - The cup of macaroni in Elsa’s hand has less macaroni within it
3 - The Jelly Queen missing necklace.
4 - The macaroni character that is wearing boxing gloves has it’s eyes closed.
5 - The macaroni character that is wearing boxing gloves does not show it’s tongue.
6 - The cheese character has 6 upper teeth instead of 7.
7 - The animated cheese character has 6 lower teeth instead of the original 7
8 - The cheese character does not have the brown circular marks on its side.
9 - There is a cloud missing between Jelly Queen and the macaroni.

1. Some Marconi is missing from the bucket.
2. Necklace is missing in second character.
3. Eyes of Marconi bucket is having different colours, black and blue.
4. The Marconi at middle is having a closed eyes in second picture.
5. The tongue of Marconi at middle is missing.
6. The big piece of cheese is missing it's holes in outer side (left side).
7. The cheese is missing 2 teeths, one from upper row and one from bottom row.
8. Clouds are missing above the middle Marconi.

2) Clouds are missing in the bottom middle of the sky.

4) The mug in Elsa's hand has less quantity of Macaroni.
5) The eyes are closed of the character is wearing boxing gloves.
6) The character which is wearing boxing gloves is not showing it's tongue.
7) Holes on the left side of the cheese wedge is missing.
8) The cheese is missing it's upper tooth on the top right side.
9) The cheese is missing it's lower tooth on the bottom left side.
