Where are my lives

I have a dedicated number example 8 lives that have been given from g friends. Yet when I hit the button to receive them in my game MO LIVES ATE SHOWN!!!!!!

Please see post below will explain the issue a little, but not much can be done in the case of free lives all you can do is start collecting again, but do not store to many as this happens quite often
