Level 1
Apparently I’m a newbie and have to write 5 comments to unlock sweet rewards. But here’s 1 comment. Don’t buy anything from this company. It’s an algorithm that lets you get close to winning, so you pay a couple bucks to buy some help. If you’re stuck on a level for a long time, just don’t play for a few days. The algorithm will reallize you’re getting frustrated and probably let you pass that level on your last life. Ever wonder why when you get to a hard level, and on your first try you almost win? And then when you play again you aren’t even close? Algorithm. Don’t spend any money on this game. It’s ridiculous.
@Corydakin I agree with you, everything is based on an algorithm. 🤷
In Candy Crush there is a discussion about the new releases every week. From time to time, a player experiences that he buys something and still does not manage the level. The price of an extension is getting higher and higher. That's why think carefully about your strategy. Not only at Friends, this applies to all games. 😏
I think your comment is good, then not to touch it for a few days (just get the daily reward). At some point you play it and wonder that it can suddenly be solved as if by magic. 🤔
Like @Spinnifix and @ipete , I have never bought anything and have been at or near the last level of CCFS since that last level was Level 3000 over a year ago. However, unlike @ipete I actually enjoy almost all the ad videos, with the exception of the videos where a “talking head” just drones on for 30-60 seconds about how great his/her business is! That’s boring!
As @DieOmimi said, the algorithm is certainly tracking our playing, and quite possibly adjusting a “difficulty parameter” based on our repeated play of the same level. I have also noticed as @Corydakin said, that the difficulty parameter is set at “easier” for the first attempt, but then becomes more difficult for subsequent attempts. BUT, after 11 attempts at the same level, there is concrete evidence that the difficulty parameter is set back to “easier”, because after attempt #12, the algorithm will start offering you +3 extra moves in addition to the standard +5 extra moves for 10 Gold Bars. After attempt #13, the algorithm increases the offer to +6 extra moves in addition to the normal +5 extra moves for 10 Gold Bars; after attempt #14, the offer is increased to +9 (+5) extra moves for 10 Gold Bars, and after attempt #15 the offer is increased to +10 (+5) extra moves for the 10 Gold Bars. As far as I know, the +10 extra offer is the maximum and will remain at the +10 for all subsequent attempts.(I am NOT suggesting actually buying or using the Gold Bars! For me those offers are just an index of what the algorithm is doing.)
@Corydakin Do you get offers of +4 extra moves at the end of normal play for watching an ad video? After you complete Daily Quests do you get offers of extra credit for Lollipop Hammers in return for watching an ad video? Not everyone gets those, and I still do not know why that is different for CCFS players in different areas, but if you DO get those offers, consider (1) accumulating some lollipop hammers after your Daily Quests, and then (2) carefully judging how close you are to completing your newest level on the very last move of regular play. My personal rule is if I am at least 50% likely to complete that level with a +4 moves and 1-2 lollipop hammers, I will go ahead and watch the video, and then carefully use +4 moves and necessary lollipop hammers to try to win the level. Maybe @Spinnifix and @ipete can also tell us how they manage to succeed at the more difficult levels, and you could consider their strategies. Hope this helps!
Hello!
Thank you for your kind comment. Yes, I am happy to help and thank you for marking. Sometimes I have a lucky streak and keep the booster glass full. I also have a good roof team and so I get good boosters quickly. I get the 4 motion videos very often. There is no strategy. It is helpful due to the many boosters and also a matter of luck. That is basically all. One must also choose the favorable character. That also helps again.
I hope it helps!!🤗
