I am still struggling at level 9 now. I am out of lives and boosters. Come on Kings.. Be generous with boosters. I need some lives and some boosters too.

@siti_payung Level 9 still worked well for me. Level 10 is more difficult and I had to use some lollipops.

Remember that you also have to collect 30 new stars within the time to get the costume.
