Hi there;

I’ve completed all 10 levels and collected 30 stars, but after collecting the last star, the challenge has disappeared and sheriffs costume doesn’t appear in my album 😭please help me, how can get it?

Can you please go back to your game and check it out? I was in a similar situation to you.

It is important that both your device and the app are up to date.

You'll also need a stable internet connection and at least 2 GB of free space.

For me, the standard troubleshooting helped. Please try this:

• Close your game
• Turn off your device completely and wait at least 10 seconds
• Restart your device
• Open the app again and check the events that are displayed.

For me it was the case that I had Olivia's costume in my scrapbook and should now collect 4 cookie levels for further rewards.

Yeah, i tried more and more times with the login/logout and finally got the character. Thanx buddy 👍

I had a similar thing. After finishing Star Chaser, I only had 400/450. But after turning the phone off at night as I always do, it was there in the morning.
