Getting and sending lives to friends

Hello, I am not able to send lives to friends, and i don’t get lives from friend to. Can you help me, thanks in advance Christa

If you have the game Facebook connected, don't forget to make sure that the game has access to your Facebook friends list since this permission will automatically expire from time to time. If the game hasn't the access all lives will stay blocked. Check here for more help on this.

Yes FB has problems and in King it is no different that you get help from the players. I am happy to pass it on to the moderators.

@sweetieke Hi Christa, I'm sorry it didn't work.

You may still need to do the standard troubleshooting:

- unsubscribe from the game

- Turn off the device completely and wait one minute

- Turn the device back on

- log back in to the game

Sometimes it also takes overnight for all new permissions to be processed.

If it still doesn't work in a few hours, please contact us again. I'm not on Facebook myself and I ask my colleagues here, who also play on Facebook. Maybe I can get some more tips.

This is a Facebook issue and you would probably need to contact facebook support regarding the issue, but everytime i have seen this it has been a temporary issue. So you may find it will resolve itself
