I cannot access my list of Daily Quests because I seem to have too many active events:
Normally, the “golden scroll” icon that I use for finding my Daily Quests is at the lower left, but that area is currently overlaid by the “Cookie Challenge” button. I am NOT complaining because I LIKE having a lot of special events going on at the same time. That’s fun! But this does change the Daily Quests into a kind of Detective Game !
One way to find out what Daily Quests you have is to backtrack and just click on the old levels to see the available helpers —> if you have a Daily Quest involving a specific helper , that will be indicated just under the helper’s icon. Otherwise, you have to try to make Fish/Striped/Wrapped Candies, Color Bombs, and Coloring Candies, and destroy some Caramel Cups, Mints, Pop Rocks, and Pink Licorice laces at different levels, and then carefully watch at the end of the game to see which if any of your Daily Quests you have made progress on.
But is anyone else in this odd situation?
Cheers!
Hello Uncle Bob,
I have as many events as you do, but luckily still able to access the Daily Quests.😐
@DGenevieve Huh! Could you possibly post a screenshot of how your homes screen looks so that you can still get at your Daily Quests? I’d hate to shift to another device as I would lose all my Lollipop Hammers, but this is slightly inconvenient for me! Thanks in advance if you can!
On my old phone, I could only see three of the DDS tasks on the screen at once. With the new phone, I can see all of them. So having a different device WILL solve the problem. But I also know how many hammers you have (thanks to a screenshot you posted), so I wouldn't advise you change unless you have to.
Here is my screen Uncle Bob.
@DGenevieve Thank you! I have the identical set of icons, so I could exactly compare your screenshot to my screenshot. I think the critical difference is the “aspect ratio” of the screen on each of our devices: my 3-year old IPad has a rectangular screen that is a little wider , but not as tall, as your screen. That difference makes my entire set of “special event” icons on the left edge of the screen come down to the bottom, whereas on your “taller” screen, those icons are still above the lowest row of “go to this page” icons which includes the scroll for the “Daily Quests” page. Ok! Now at least I know what is going on, which is important to me! Thanks again!
