Hello, I was sent an email saying that I have 50 gold bars waiting but unfortunately I have not been able to access them.

This email is usually a reminder of the gold bars in your game and not telling you you have 50 new gold bars in your game. If you can provide a screenshot of the message should be bale to confirm this for you
