There is no a specific answer to your question! The time depends on many factors, as how easy or not is the problem, how many reports there are about, in other words how fast they know about the problem and many more.
About the lag you said, I have noticed lately a lag on the screen where we choose character, but not later in the game!
I have this lag more than a month, but not always! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but this did not work.
I did not report anything, because it does not affect my gameplay!
I wait to be fixed, but I don;t know when!

Hi @koralinemontero Welcome to the King Community at Candy Crush Friends. Nice that you found your way here.
We reported to the studio some time ago that the app is slow. The studio provided an update a few days ago (I think it was in the store 3 days ago). For me it is now fixed. My game is no longer slow, loads correctly and also all friends in the game are to be used correctly again (before some got stuck while loading). Please check your store for an update and run it. Please get in touch if you still can't play properly.
