I'm glad that you're able to play the game now. Sorry to hear you had uninstall & reinstall your game ( by doing that you will loose any boosters in your game). Unistaling an app is usually recommended in situations where there's no fix.
Next time if your game is acting up you should try troubleshooting first by following these steps 👇
check your App is up-to-date/ clear cache/log out of your game/log back in.
