Temporary Connectivity Issue

Hello Friends!

We're experiencing a temporary server error which may give may give various error messages when playing on Facebook or on King.com and stop the games to load properly.

Connection issues with your game account and purchases on mobile devices and via the Windows app are also affected by this.


The Game Team is working on a fix and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

    Good news, the issues are being solved at the moment. 🙌 The system might still need some time to fully recover, but it looks like the game will be back to normal soon. 😊

    Since this happened/is happening in many if not all the games, could it be something other than just a connectivity issue. Other sources online (other gaming forums) are talking about a DDoS attack.

    I'm fairly new to the subject of this kind of issues but as I wait for the issue to be resolved I wouldn't mind learning a bit more about the issues that affect our game & about the solutions implemented by you guys over there.

    Understanding the true nature of these glitches/issues would also be a helpful tool for us players when we encounter such issues.

    These things need a proper investigation, and for now the reasons are not known at all. 🤷 We know it was a connectivity issue, it was temporary and it's been solved now 😅 The rest is speculation, I'm afraid.

    We are happy to announce that this issue has now been fixed and all game should be back to normal.
