Help with Star Race not being awarded

My stars keep carrying over to the next event, like the one started today. I am in 1st place with 1849 stars! Can someone please help me. Thank you.

    @Celeste2121 @Spinnifix I have the same error. On Monday, the symbol had disappeared from me and I didn't get any rewards. Now it's back with the same status from Monday.

    The error has already been reported. But I don't have an answer from the studio yet.

    I've had this problem three times: the last Star Race, the Ice Cream Cone event, and this Star Race. I've noticed this past time that my "competitors" don't seem to play at all, meaning their scores don't change, while mine keeps going up. I hope they fix it!

    The same thing happened to me too! The stars cumulated but no awards this time. I already had troubles with the ice cream cone challenge and now with the stars.

    Hi, my player ID is 12305523588. Thanks, DieOmimi. (I have "met" several of the King Player Support team: Matt, Wentworth, Taylor, Cris and Miriam, explaining to them what the difficulty is. I'm working on getting the complete set of support personnel, and if this problem continues, I may well. LOL)

    The studio has since released a fix. Please check for and run updates for your game. There should then be no more breakdowns in the future.
