Missing Jelly Queen Spring and Tiffi Christmas Costumes

I'm having a lot of issues with the CCF app, my Jelly Queen Spring and Tiffi Christmas Costumes are missing from my scrapbook. Can anyone here help or have any other suggestions aside from clearing my cache or checking for updates to the app?

I contacted customer support about the issue and the representative assigned to my case just keeps telling me that the costumes were already granted to my account and there is nothing that they can do 🀬

I have asked to have my case transferred to a supervisor or any other rep that can help with the issue but they won't do it and just keep saying, "sorry...there isn't anything else to be done!" 🀬🀬

These are the things I have tried already (to no avail):

  • Cleared the cache
  • Logged out of my account and logged back in
  • Deleted the app and reinstalled it
  • Verified that I have more than 2GB of free memory
  • Closed all apps and restarted my device
  • Downloaded the app on a new device (my son's phone)

    What about logging out and logging back in? Deleting the app and reinstalling? Phone have any updates? App any updates?

    Thanks, @Laurenmlh! I tried all of that....actually deleting the app and reinstalling it is what caused the problem, I was having issues with the Holiday Event so I deleted the app, and when I downloaded it again I lost all of my boosters and some costumes πŸ˜ͺ

    Loosing boosters doesn't surprise me. But the costumes do..... They should be on file.

    I'm having issues with the Holiday Calander event as well I get the pop-up with my rewards for passing the level but the stickers for the costumes are not in my scrapbook (I don't have the boosters either). I didn't get the Tiffi Christmas costume and although I'm supposed to have 60 stickers for the new Nutcracker costume...I don't have any.

    @laley so if you find a solution to this issue please let me know πŸ™
