Special contests and earned boosters don't transfer across tablets

My old tablet froze yesterday and so I decided to use my new one. Unfortunately, when I started my Candy Crush Friends game, I was disappointed to see that the Winter decorations and (more importantly) the Christmas costume contest wasn't there! I'd just won Christmas Tiffi (but she wasn't in my list of collected costumes on my new tablet) and was I two days away from winning Christmas nutcracker!! Why aren't the new character costumes and earned boosters saved to my profile like my regular game progress is? Has anyone else noticed this?

I gave you a link and it could help you. You can find everything you need to know in the help center. You cannot transfer boosters, lives and events to another device. I hope this helps you further!!!

Regardless which device you play King games on and whether you play them on King.com or through Facebook, your game progress and Gold Bars will be the same, because that information is stored in your account on King servers. However, boosters, extra lives and special events are always stored locally on the device on which you received them. Consequently, they won't move across devices and they are typically different on different devices. Since your old device "froze," you won't be able to use the boosters or continue events stored on that device.

I know how frustrating it is to lose those hard-earned boosters! Unfortunately, there is no way to move them from one device to a different device.

I encourage you to explore other areas of this forum. There are many contests that offer opportunities to win gold bars for your game and special badges. We hope you will join us in the fun.
