This is a new issue. I have not heard of another player with your same issue -- not having the character needed to play a level. Unfortunately it is almost the end of week 2 and there is not time to resolve your issue. Still, I will raise your question with our Studio to get their advice. Can you share your User ID so they can see your account?
I ended up uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Everything was saved except the boosters and I read those don't transfer. I was able to finish out the week and still get the costume. It is good to know I can come to this page and get answers that others are going through. I found out I was not alone when I finished the Thanksgiving levels and didn't get the costume.
