A level requires a character not yet available. What do I do? Samsung S10e

Actually, this situation should not occur in the game.
Please try the standard troubleshooting steps first.
- check for updates for your game and run them
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- Force close the app and turn off your device completely
- Your device should remain off for at least 10 seconds before you turn it back on.
After that, please check your game to see if everything is okay and you can play again.

This happened to me a year or so ago, after dealing with support and doing all the trouble shooting steps, I finally started playing previous levels until I earned the character I needed. Maby someone else in the Kingdom has a better answer but this is what worked for me. Good Luck🙂

I am doing that, but it is taking too long. I will just quit the game at some point.
It did not work. I even reinstalled the game, lost my boosters for no fixing of this situation.
Arghh @fcbittenca uninstalling is the last resort and I do not recommend it without warning as I know that all boosters will be lost.
Ok, now it's happened and can't be changed anymore. Since it didn't fix your problem, we need to find another solution.
