Hi @AkumaXX I'm sorry it happened to you too. It was the same for me, not only when I played with Odus. In some episodes, the levels are designed in such a way that you have to wait until some time boosters have expired. Without a time booster and without a sweet strand, you can start the level and make combinations to eliminate the layers at the top or bottom (sometimes on the side line). Then more sweets can move up. You can play and the board can also be reshuffled. 

It will surely happen to you a few more times. Especially at levels above the 3000 mark. And it can happen with any character. I had it with Odus, the Jelly Queen, Tiffi and also Yeti.
