Hi @Hildy I'm sorry you got this error message.
Please try this standard for troubleshooting: even if you may have tried individual steps before:
- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB
- clear the cache
- check for updates for your game and run them
- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
Also make sure you have a fast and stable internet connection.
@Hildy Please check your deposited payment methods in the store. Make sure you're signed in to your store with the same account you want to use to make your purchase.
To give you more detailed information about the payment methods, please tell me which device you are using. Do you play on Win10, Apple or Android?
@Hildy here's the link where you can find help with payment methods in the Google Play Store. I have set the English language. But you can also use any other language by setting the language in the browser line (just as a hint, because I always have my language preset and I don't speak English).
