Bookmarking seems to work strangely

I have been regularly bookmarking discussions that I want to keep up with, then removing the bookmark when the contest is over or I no longer need the reference that I'd bookmarked. But I've noticed that the numbers don't seem to agree. The number by the 'my bookmarks' is showing 7, but when I click on the 'my bookmarks', only four topics are shown. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Bookmarked pages are kept separated, depending on the community they belong to.

For example I have over 500 bookmarked pages but if I visit my community profile from here -discussions section of Friends community- I only see 10 bookmarked pages of Friends community.

The rest of my bookmarked pages come from other communities

So if I wish to find bookmarked pages of Candy Crush Soda community, Farm Heroes community or Hub community etc I need to choose and visit the correct community first and then go to my profile and bookmarks list.

Do all your bookmarks come from Friends community?

@Pitty_Kitty Many thanks for the response. I actually started with this community in Soda Saga, so there may well be some over there. I'll check and get rid of the extras. TYTY
