Hello @Solarwave. Usually, you get a reward if you pass a special chewing gum level. Or after the daily login, when your login points are added to the team result. As soon as points are added by you to the team score, the system checks whether the one reward is due. Sometimes it also works when you close and reopen the game.

Was that the case for you or did you just see that your team scored a reward point?
