Hi @Hell66 I'm sorry. It's like many events. About 80% of the players receive them, the other players don't. Apparently, you belong to the group that doesn't have it.

Do you have the team function in your game? If so, are you on a team? I ask because it's a pure team game within the game. 

The icon on the far right of my figure is the team icon. If you have it, go there and check if you're on a team. If you haven't joined a team yet, you can use the search function to find a team. Maybe you will also get Dachs delivery service.

I don’t have that icon and I think I never had it.

I check if there was a update and it looked that there was one on my IPhone but when I tryed to update it was gone.
