Lags and losing boost nc of crashing and freezing

Was just given 12 free hrs for the freezing. Close app and open again bc of freezing and time went to 3 mins unlimited time. What a rip off after everything else and i spend money weekly on this to just keep getting screwed over. Biy time n the lags waste ot all.

If the app crashes and freezes, we have the following tips for you:

- make sure you have at least 2 GB of free space

- check if an update is available and run it

- go to the settings in your device and clear the cache of the app (Attention: only clear the cache, not the data).

- Turn off your device completely to keep it off for at least 10 seconds.

These steps should help to eliminate the crashes and freezing.

The promise of 12 hours of free living is an excuse for the technical issues lately. Unfortunately, it did not work correctly during implementation. I would like to apologize to you for that.
