I need my game saved. You all told me to get the updated version and now my progress is gone. How do I get it back.

Hi @Tanya_Gibson Welcome to our community at Candy Crush Friends Saga.Β
To save the progress, it is recommended to do this right at the beginning, i.e. before you play the first level. It's best to save it with your e-mail address and a password of your choice.

Are you able to try signing in with your email address? And if you're not sure of the password, try the recover password feature. You may have an account and didn't even know it!
