We’ve got some important news to share with you!
As of 30 May 2022, Candy Crush Friends Saga will no longer support iOS 9 and Android 4.
You’ll need to upgrade the operating system on your device, which may mean you need to upgrade your device itself, so it’s best to check with your manufacturer to be certain.
If you don’t have a King account, or haven't got the game saved and connected to your Facebook, we recommend that you create one. This will ensure that all your hard-earned progress will not be lost but carried over when you update your operating system.

Unfortunately, if you’re not able to upgrade the operating system on your device, we can’t promise you’ll have the best game experience.
You won’t be able to play any new levels, and you won’t receive any new features or events. Online Player vs Player features will also be unavailable when playing on an older version of the game.
Please also be aware that we can’t guarantee that bugs and issues will be fixed for you since these will be resolved in new updates for the latest version of the game only.

Update iOS on your Apple device:
I read the 🛠️ page and did all the things recommended in blue. It was time consuming learning everything about the settings and internet connections.
The friends app didn't work. I googled it and found this community and followed all the suggestions in the conversations. Cleared cache, forced stop, reinstalled, device off for 20 seconds. Changed passwords, updated software and game. 22 Gb free.
Pyramid Solitaire had no issues.
Now joined here to ask for help. I did get to play level 1 before it closed again. It has been a bit long in the tooth to do and am now going to bed.🌜 Please help.
@AuntyAvery, I apologize for the slow response. Can you please provide me with the following information before I forward the issue to our Community Manager?
Your User ID (click on the hyperlink if you do not already know how to find your User ID.
Your device specifications -- type (PC, tablet, iPhone, etc.), model, iOS, etc.
