Same situation here since teams were ever introduced in the game ,I guess this is a case of features available for some players and not for others but there's still hope that players' test groups may change in the future. Changing account does make Dachs and team appear on my devices but I stopped doing these tricks for badges sake some time ago. It's not worth the risk of merging accounts as a result 😥

Hi folks, I'm very disappointed, since I got the new cell phone, the Dachs delivery has stopped and I can't even join the team. everything was fine on the Samsung j5, then on the Samsung Galaxy S8 I was able to join a team and the Dachs' delivery service could come at any time. I waited 7 months and then switched to the Samsung S21. But neither the team nor the Dachs' delivery service has appeared. I'm currently at level 5003. I think the badgers' delivery service locked me out. My User ID 10027539595 I contacted the technical support but they misunderstood me, they only said something about the end of the level and the new one coming soon. I hope for your support.

Hi @MountainMom unfortunately, I don't have the team feature in my game and also the Dachs' Delivery Service event for teams on the same situation. I am using the android phone to play this game and it doesn't appear.

I have reported your issues to our CM, but they will not be received until the next business day. As you can see, this has been a problem for several players, so it may be a systemic problem rather than individual one. Please be patient while your issues are investigated.
