I'm sorry your game stopped loading. Please try our standard troubleshooting steps: 

- First, check if an update is available in your store and run it.

- check if you have at least 2 GB of free space

- clear the cache (please do not "clear data", then you will lose all boosters) who you play on mobile devices.

- Turn your device off/down to keep it off for a minute.

- After turning your device back on, go back to the app.

Hi there, what is not loading exactly? Do you mean you cannot open the app at all? What happens when you try?
