Error entering the game. They write "Connection error". Although the Internet works well. Then why can't I log into the game in any way?

Are you trying to use your cell phone, as in 3G/4G, or wifi?

I log into the game via a laptop that is connected to Wi-Fi

I have also seen the "Connection error" message, even though I am on a strong and secure WiFi. To solve the issue, I went into my device "Settings" and turned off the WiFi and then reconnected to the WiFi. I was then able to play my King games. I hope that works for you, too.
