Connection Issue for getting lives and sending them

Hi,

Candy Crush Support, I am having trouble yet again with sending and receiving lives , I have a new message popping up now , which is like this

I have checked to see whether or not the game has updated it looks like it did a few days ago , which i when i started having problems again, cleared cache, tried different browsers. logged in and out a few times which made my special event dissapear, i get boosters and then i cannot get lives so its a waste of booster time, which is very frustrating, I cannot send lives either , i don't know if its just me or its a problem for others , any help would be appreciated Thank You Nat 😆
