Unfortunately, I don't really understand your request. What do you mean by "I don't get screen shake enabled"?. For me, the screen never shake.  🤷‍♀️

Mostly you maybe the settings to accessibility?

I can set myself: Reduce camera shake and remove flashing effects in the game. For me, both are set to "switched on", i.e. "no". You've probably turned on either or both and it doesn't work, right?

If it's been happening for a short time, please check your store for updates and run them.

If that doesn't change anything, try our standard troubleshooting measures:

- check if you have at least 2 GB of free space.

- Clear the cache (Do not go to Delete data or you will lose all boosters).

- Force all apps to stop and turn off your device completely to keep it turned off for at least 10 seconds

After turning on and opening the app, everything should work again as you are used to.

Please let me know if the measures didn't help and maybe give me screenshots from your game that illustrate your problem.

In candy crush jelly, my phone vibrates sort of when I make a special candy or use a special candy or if there’s a cascade.

in faqs it says that’s what the screen shake option does.

it doesn’t work for me I tried it enabled and disabled. It doesn’t work like it does in the other candy crush game.
