- Please also check if you have enough free space, you need at least 2 GB.

- Force close all apps (watch, don't uninstall, just close) and turn off your device to keep it off for at least 10 seconds. 

- After turning on your device, check if it works again.

@Silviah this happens to me too sometimes. I find the only thing that works is turning device on and off. Also use another character that’s not downloading and after a while it stops happening.

turning off and on works for 1 life. the next game it does this still

just unistalled and rreinstalled the app.. same problem. stuck on download.....

Hi @Silviah, I suspect it's because of your device. Please tell me which device you are using and which version the operating system has. I also need the installed version of Candy Crush Friends Saga.

Have you tried to install the game on another device?
