I hate to say it but we can't have a new character in the game when there are some costumes that people never had a chance to unlock. Adding a brand new character also means adding many new costumes for that character which lowers the chance of getting those costumes that people missed out on because the games devs are busy making those new costumes for a new character... Thank but no thanks.
