Why no reset when there were no available moves on screen level 2112

Yesterday I was on level 2112 pictured here. As you can see there are no available moves yet the screen did not reset. I tried making invalid moves with candies but the screen never changed. I had no choice but to exit the level and lose a life! Glitch?

It is actually strange that there is no automatic mixing in this constellation.
Has it happened to you several times? Did replaying the level help?
Please also make sure that you have the latest version of the app, that you have enough free players (midestes 2 GB). Please let me know if I should check the level in my game.

Thanks for your reply. This has never happened before or since in any of the candy crush games (and I play them all!) Yes, I keep all my apps updated. I was able to complete the level successfully after my hard reset. Thanks for your time and attention.

@Sandra_Glanz I'm glad to hear that you've passed the level now. It has also never happened to me that the board is not reshuffled when actually no more combinations are possible. I also play all the candy games and am at the end of the map almost everywhere.
