I completed the special event with Yeti and surfer outfit that was 3 weeks and 3 days but I didn’t get my costume at the end, again!
This is the 2nd event I’ve completed and the 2nd time I didn’t receive the costume once completed. I played the 4th of July event that was 10 levels and I got my eagle costume, so what’s the deal with Yeti?
Please all I want is my Yeti costume. My apologies for rambling. Thanks.

The Yeti surfer costume should be automatically added to your scrapbook if you collected enough points during the event. In addition to winning each level in the event, it is necessary to collect each of the "wrapped packages" that appear on some of the levels. If you win a level but do not collect the package, you will not have enough points for the costume. I learned that the hard way.
I don't know if that is what happened to you. So, I suggest you send me your User ID so that we can get the Studio to investigate. In the meantime, you can try our recommended troubleshooting techniques (you haven't already done so):
- in the "Settings" on your device, check the amount of "Storage" (mine is found in the Device Care section). You need at least 2 GB.
- verify that your game is on the most recent update. This is typically found in your Settings / Apps / Candy Crush Friends Saga. The version number should be 1.79.1. If not, get the update (I keep mine on automatic update)
- While in your game App info area, go to Storage and "clear cache." Do NOT "clear data" as that will cause you to lose all of your boosters.
- Close the app and turn off your device. Wait at least 10 seconds before turning it back on and reopening your app.
Did these steps help? If not, you may need technical support. You can contact them HERE. Be sure to select "problem with my game" and briefly describe the problem. You should include your User ID. If they respond by sending you back to this community, let me know and I will forward your issue to our Community Manager (who will also need your User ID). It will also be helpful to know what device and platform you are using.
I already contacted support but I will always get an automatic reply but no help my only option is to post it here
and also @Talia_1900_96 MountainMom is right you might miss one of the rewards on one of the levels that’s why you didn’t get the costume.
As I said I passed all 7 levels each week and received my 3 weekly bonus gift 🎁
Then I passed the 3 levels at the end where I should have automatically received my Yeti costume but didn’t……..
The exact same thing happened to me with New Years Super Star event with Tiffy/Tiger costume.
All I’m asking for is the Yeti/Surfer costume that I earned. I would not be continuing to ask for something I didn’t earn as I don’t like wasting my time.

@BubbleGumSoda, I believe that the Yeti Surfer costume could be won without completing the 3 Superstar levels after the event. I think your strategy to replay levels should have worked as long as those levels were available, but I don't know if the hidden packages remain available in a second attempt. Please send me your User ID and I will see if your account can be investigated to determine what happened.
