I haven't received the event after updating the game. Can you fix it?

For me, it was the same. On Win11 there is unfortunately a problem, there it could not be repaired yet.
On mobile devices, please do the following:
- clear the cache
- Turn off your device to keep it off for at least 10 seconds.
- After switching on, open the app and play 2-3 new levels.Β
For me, the events came back on the mobile devices.Β
Unfortunately not on Win11, we have reported it to the studio and are waiting for a solution.

I had already done parts 1 and 2. Maybe that's why it was displayed to me? I don't know, so we have to "approach" a possible solution.

- Which device with which configuration do you use? Example: Android Mobile, version 6.0
- Which version of the app is installed on your device (Mobile: 1.85.1 / Win10/Win11: 1.85.1.0)
- Has "only" golden carnival disappeared or other events (e.g. Dachs delivery service)
- Maybe you're playing on another device and the event is still visible there?

Part 1 - 9 stars must be collected, then part 2 has been unlocked
Part 2 - the player gets a separate card with 10 special levels.
What part had you already completed when the update was made and the event disappeared?
