If you're having trouble with the game, please try the default bug fixes first:

- check your store to see if your game needs to be updated

- Make sure you have enough free space on your device, you need at least 2 GB

- if you are playing on a mobile device, clear the cache (only the cache, not the data)

- Turn off your device to keep it off for at least 10 seconds.
