Can’t open my Quest Button
Every time I try to open my quest button it just closes the whole game and I am back to the Home Screen.
I have force closed the app several times and I have the latest update on my iPhone 📱.
It was working fine before the latest update

@BQN537 I also had this error. Both on mobile and Win11. We reported it to the studio and on Win 11 the error resolved itself "by itself".
On the mobile device, the following measure helped me:
- Clear cache
- Turn off the device completely to leave it off for at least 10 seconds
- After turning on the open app I was able to access the button for the quests again (but all current events had disappeared with me)
- two new levels played, the events came back.
I hope these steps help you too.

I'm sorry @BQN537 it didn't help. I passed on your ID to our CM and took this thread as a reference.
Maybe you try the same steps a few more times. Before I reopened the app, I went to Settings, Question Marks before logging in. The game then checks the internet connection and displays the help topics. This can also help to connect to the game server.

@BQN537, Do you have a second device that you can play on? I have found that some features can be triggered by playing on a different device. Then things work properly on both devices.
