Have you uninstall and reinstall the game? It seems like this small step can help the issue after the test the Studio completed recently.

From my experience in BWS3 this process requires to save your progress in order to return in your present level.

I do not know how to do this. Another problem with this process is that you lose all your boosters.

So in order to go ahead you must save my progress and return to me any lost booster.

@Minatozaki I have read that if you uninstall your game account you lose all of your boosters and saved lives . would that also Apply to scrapbook items and costumes

@maf34100 Exactly what I feared... I will try to see if there's any other option to reset your local data to fix this. Regarding boosters, it might be possible to restore them after. Let me just talk again with the Studios, then we will proceed with solutions.

i have the same problem for days now. I was at Level 6 or 7 one day before i left for vacation. I promised myself i would get the costume before i left no matter what, just in case. But the next day it was gone. Now, so many days later, it's still gone 😭

Hi @Minatozaki, I downloaded the app to my old tablet and got my event back there. Today I played the last level. As with @maf34100 , I got 400/450 points in the rewards. As a result, I did not accept the rewards, but restarted my tablet. When I restarted the game, the missed rewards came up first, including Olivia. I took photos with my cell phone (the scan function of the tablet is defective)

It might work for other users too...

By the way, I find the levels very, very hard (especially for beginners). I played levels 8, 9 and 10 more than 100 times each before I could win them without using gold bars or boosters. At level 10 YouTube saved me. I watched a video and saw that I only need one move for the last level. There you can find all the levels and if I had looked earlier I wouldn't have had to play so much.
