Golden Carnival Prize Question

Hi. I participated in the Golden Carnival event to win my share of Gold bars and I completed both parts. When it was over, I saw a message stating that I'd receive my share, but I never received any!

The gold bar portion was added to the game a week ago. A pop-up appeared, which said that every one who had completed both parts would get over 43 gold bars.

If you haven't received it, please complain directly from your game. Go to Settings and the question mark. Choose a suitable category (e.g. Events) and scroll all the way to the bottom. There you will find the contact button.

You will receive a ticket number by e-mail and can add answers and screenshots if necessary.
