I won a weekend contest on CC Friends this past weekend (Ended 10/10/22), and I still have been awarded the prize I was promised.
I've been trying for an hour to post something looking for help, and this is the only way I could find to actually type a message.
Can someone help me please? I played several hours to win that contest, I would like to get the award for my effort.

Correction to my first post.
I won the weekend contest on CC Friends ending this past weekend (10/10/22) and I still have not received my prize.
I spent several hours playing over the weekend (and spent a significant amount of money purchasing extra lives) and I would like to get my rewards for my effort.
Can someone help with how I can claim my award?
