No rewards after a 3 day

Why is it I've lost so many of my lollipops..? Everytime I'm in an event I don't get the rewards. Last 3 times I was in 1st place.

If you know how many you had prior check to make sure they weren't added. I've had it where my game glitches and I don't get to open the present but I get my rewards..

I find features often glitch out too... Just gotta keep playing and they will work eventually!
